Cook time: 12 hours

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound venison
  • 2 (15.5-ounce) cans chili beans
  • 1 (15.5-ounce) can kidney beans
  • Assorted chopped bell and spicy peppers
  • 1 (15.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2-3 tablespoons garlic
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • Chili powder, to taste

Directions:

1. Cook and drain the venison.

2. Cook garlic, onion and peppers together then pour into a Crock-Pot once cooked.

3. Add the beans, tomatoes, salt, pepper and chili powder to the Crock-Pot and turn it on low.

4. Cook for at least 12 hours, mixing occasionally. The longer it cooks the better it is.
