Aaron “Chili” Childress: Loves chaotic situations and doesn’t tell his friends all the information about the current operation. That ways he can appear smarter and more in control.
Former Marine infantryman, disabled veteran (non combat injuries). On September 2, 2012 attempted suicide by hanging. Finds therapy in humor with friends while hunting, hiking, camping, or using oxford commas. Lived in Iceland for a year and have been in dozens of blizzards. Enjoys getting together with other infantryman and gear up in full battle gear and hunt, hike, or whatever. The therapy of being infantrymen again is unimaginable. Enjoys being laughed at for being overly motivated about being a Marine.
Troy Trussel: Loves God and family and loves to watch film and go hunting – especially with brother-in-law Chet. Chet has all the gear, so Troy only has to buy shells and his license. Chet even scopes out the places to hunt, Troy just shows up and kills stuff. Organizationally: all over the place. In short, hunts, eats, works, remodels. Well, tries to remodel.
Shawn Craven: Loyal, Easy going, Fun and makes Chili lose his bowels due to laughter.
God, Family, Guns. Devoted family man who works during the day at his family’s business (Vivid Pro Systems, Audio, Video, Lighting Design and Install). Takes every opportunity he can to sneak away and hunt with one of my oldest friends, Aaron “Chili” Childress.
Chet Sears: A tyrant when it comes to detail. Someone they can depend on.
Myers Briggs says that he is an ISTP. A leader in his home, at work and with friends. The truth is important to him. Focused on leaving a positive impact on this world. This will happen through actions with others and the legacy he has in his kids. Spending time outside is important to him. Likes hunting and fishing as a method to stay grounded.
Matt Amos: Honest, dependable, and positive. Chili calls him a jerk because Matt makes fun of his obvious weight problem.
Retired United States Marine. Served 10 years in the Marines training, learning, and implementing all facets of being a badass. Enjoys making fun of Chili for being fat and for being a ginger. Chili says it’s auburn, but c’mon look at him, he’s a ginger.
Daniel Shaw: Retired US Marine Infantry unit leader. Passionate, enthusiastic, easy-going, analytical, assertive, intuitive, generous, and non-conforming.
Lives everyday by the idea that a man is measured by how he treats even those who can do absolutely nothing for him. Family is the most important thing in his life even before county and his own self. Grew up poor has always lived paycheck-to-paycheck but wouldn’t trade a second of the struggles for an ounce of comfort. Wants to give his children more opportunities than he had growing up, help insure they have a great life and are setup for success.
