BIG Game and Remote Locations Highlight Third Season
New Berlin, WI – (December 19, 2012) Sportsman Channel, the leader in outdoor television for the American Sportsman, brings another power-packed season of must see hunts and BIG game on Savage Outdoors. The new season features unmatched hunting and treasured locations with extreme adventure. The team not only journeys into prime hunting locations, but also places a strong emphasis on educating audiences on the wide-ranging topics of big game hunting - a consistent staple of the “Savage” experience. Don’t miss this engaging series as it premieres Tuesday, January 1 at 10:30 ET/PT.
The new season kicks off with Mike Stroff in Colorado for a late season Elk hunt. The temperatures are bone chilling and the Elk are on the move which potentially means favorable results. The high-adventure does not stop there as Stroff travels to Alaska for an up-close and personal brown bear hunt. The two-part special finds Stroff in search of his first brown bear. Not to be outdone, Jamie Satterfield travels to his favorite place in Alberta, Canada for a spring black bear hunt with his bow in tote.
