DISH Offers Free Preview of Sportsman HD and Sportsman Channel

New Berlin, Wis. – (February 5, 2012) Sportsman Channel, the leader in outdoor TV for the American sportsman, announced today that it will be available to all DISH customers as a free preview now through Feb. 26, 2013. The preview will be available on DISH in high definition and standard definition on channel 395.
Also, for a limited time, current DISH customers can add the Outdoor Sports package to receive Sportsman and Sportsman HD, plus other channels, for half price for the first six months. To order, customers can call 800-WATCHTV or go to dish.com. DISH also provides the Sportsman Channel as part of its America's Top 250™ programming package.
The free preview takes DISH subscribers out to the field and into the blind to showcase Sportsman Channel’s programming, including brand new episodes of MeatEater, Dropped: Project Yukon and Dead Meat.
DISH customers can also tune into to Sportsman’s newest show, NRANEWS Cam & Co. Hosted by Cam Edwards, and airing live from the NRANEWS Studios in Washington, D.C., NRANEWS Cam & Company will be the one and only news-talk series on television that can authoritatively address the issues that are vital to America’s more than 80 million sportsmen and sportswomen.
