Guns & Ammo enters its eighth year with 13 entirely new shows. Viewers will see some of the same hard-core gun, ammo, and optic reviews with our At The Range segments, plus enjoy the unveiling of two totally new segments: “G&A On Assignment,” in which David Fortier gains behind –the-scene access while spending time with our troops training at Ft. Benning in Columbus, Georgia and “Police Perspective,” hosted by California law enforcement officer Richard Nance, who provides fresh, first-hand reviews on home defense.
And back by popular demand, Guns & Ammo brings back the G&A Torture Team duo of Richard Venola and Payton Miller. They’ve dusted off their white lab coats and go about conducting all types of torture tests that will both educate and entertain.
On This Week's Episode:
Stag Arms still can’t make ‘em fast enough when you’re talking about its M4 AR-platform rifle. This no-frills AR runs like there’s no end to feeding it .223 ammo, and it remains one of best-running modern sporting rifles out there. Next up we take a look at DPMS’ new hunting gun that’s bad news for varmints—the camouflaged .223 Prairie Panther. We then turn our attention to ammo, and David Fortier talks about how the 6.5 Grendel, now available from Hornady, is a real sleeper and says it’s only a matter of time before it takes its place front and center in terms of long-range accuracy in AR rifles. J. Guthrie then talks big about the little .17 HMR from CCI, while the Torture Test team puts the drop on a Benelli Super Black Eagle shotgun from an elevated deer stand.
