"Fly Fishing the World" is one of the longest-running outdoor programs on television and is the only fishing series to ever garner a Cable Ace award. “Fly Fishing the World” features celebrities traveling the world with host and creator, John Barrett. Celebrity guests have included Liam Neeson, Michael Keaton, Kevin Costner, Dick Vermeil, Tom Skerritt, Robert Duvall, Niki Taylor, and Bode Miller. From remote Arctic regions of Russia and Iceland to the southern reaches of New Zealand, from the British Isles to the Bahamas, “Fly Fishing the World” has traveled the planet in search of unforgettable waters and angling experiences. “Fly Fishing the World” began on ESPN in 1990 and enters its 19th season in 2009.
