AIR TIMES:

Series Description
Extreme hunting, in rugged conditions, with the challenges of public lands and public hunters. This is what On Your Own Adventures with Randy Newberg is all about. A first of its kind series, On Your Own Adventures is the only show to bring reality to the American hunter.  Every Episode is packed with adventure.  Hunting the public lands is not easy, but it’s the way over 90% of hunters get out in the field. Host Randy Newberg has spent a lifetime hunting, and doing so on his own, without guides.  The high Rockies of elk, moose in Alaska, muleys on the Arizona strip, or antelope on the Wyoming Sage, Randy has done it, and done it with success. Hard Core hunting, Randy has seen most everything nature can throw at a hunter.  And he brings those adventures to you. The essence of hunting in America is the story of the average guy.  The hard-working hunter who saves his vacation and money for those few hallowed weekends of chasing his dreams while chasing his quarry. On Your Own Adventures is his adventure.

On Tuesday and Wednesday's Episode:
Randy takes two of his hunting buddies to central Montana for whitetails. Ole, an 83 year-old veteran of both Korea and many hunting skirmishes, has previously told Randy that he has killed his last deer and cannot hunt any more.

Having none of that, Randy enlists the help of a mutual friend, Neil, a 68 year-old Vietnam Veteran and long time hunting partner of both Ole and Randy.

On Thursday and Friday's Episode:
The viewer gets to see what goes on behind the scenes in producing outdoor TV and how luck can sometimes be the biggest factor on your side.

Randy explains how TV production can sometimes make the tag of a lifetime be more like a nightmare, and a hunt you thought was a bust one of your greatest memories.
