Outback Outdoors was formed by a group of hardcore western bowhunters, headed by Trevon Stoltzfus, who wanted to capture the real adventures of "fair chase" western big game hunting in an emotional and cinematic format.
With each show team OO tries to capture the essence and "true grit" of the hunt taking the viewer on a virtual journey with the hunter. These short films seek to connect with every hunter's experiences in the field and showcase a taste of the adrenaline, thrill of the chase, and the disappointments associated with any outdoorsman who is trying to "punch their tag!"
For team OO the hunt is not about the kill, it's about the struggle. The stars are the animals they pursue and the awesome country these majestic creatures call home. Whether bowhunting bugling bull elk, keen eyed antelope, tall tined mule deer bucks, or wily river bottom whitetails; Outback Outdoors' focus' is on the adventure, the people, and the memories that drive our dreams of the Outback Outdoors.
This week Team Outback Outdoors travels to California for some exciting early season spot and stalk hog bowhunting.
This cinematic adventure highlights the camaraderie and awesome action that takes place as OO does their part in helping to control the hog infestation in the wine country of northern California.
