Josh grew up in Eastern Kentucky. He graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 2001. Shasta grew up in Southern West Virginia and graduated from Mountain State University in 2003. They both attended law school at Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, Virginia where they met and graduated with Juris Doctorate degrees. They have two young children, Joscelyn and Jase, and a son, Tyler, who is attending college.
In 2011 they opened their own law firm, the Mullins Law Firm, PSC., in Hazard, Kentucky. They have grown their law firm into a very successful and lucrative business. They are licensed to practice law in state and federal court in KY, WV, and TN and handle cases across the continental United States. Josh and Shasta both intend to use the same determination and drive they used in building their law practice to make the BTB brand just as successful.
